Mr. Kiran Bagad is a reputed name in the builders fraternity in Navi Mumbai Region when it comes to providing the best residential flats to the people with best amenities. He Belongs to Kopargaon in Maharashtra. He has completed his Education Diploma in Civil Engineering in the year 1992 at Kopargaon. In search of job he then moved to New Panvel and joined Basan & Sons as a Civil Engineer. After serving for 2 years he then moved on to become a labour contractor. Subsequently he started to work as a civil contractor with material supplies and then became Promotor. From 1999 he became a builder with his own brand “Marvel’s Group”. Since then he has completed 26 projects and currently one project is ongoing as Marvel Vinayak at Panvel. Apart from this under “Omkara Builders” he has completed 3 projects another 5 projects are ongoing named as Omkara Vinayak at Rees, Omkara Nandan at Kamotha, Omkara Mayureshwar at Ulwa, Sai Jalaram at Ulwa, Omkara Pride at Upar Kharghar.

Shri Ashok Bapna a Commerce Graduate (B.Com.) from the University of Rajasthan has graduated in the year 1990 from his hometown Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Soon after completing his graduation, he had started a Custom Notified Shop in Bhilwara for sale of imported goods. Soon after his marriage he moved to Panvel in the year 1998 and started business of building material suppliers supplying tiles and Marble. He has started his business under the name and style as M/s. New Marble Palace in the Marble Market located at Kalamboli. Thereafter he has expanded his business by venturing into building construction activities with his spouse Mrs. Sharmila A. Bapna (45 years) and some other friends from the field. From the last 15 years – he has been actively involved in the real estate industry and construction activities in various parts of Navi Mumbai such as Ulwe, Karanjade, Kamothe, Taloja Phase-I (Ghot) under their brand name of Omkara Group
MR. SURESH O. JAIN

Mr. Suresh O. Jain belongs from Udaipur, Rajasthan. In 1980 he came in Mumbai. After 3 years of job in household industries, From 1984 he started his own business to supply countrywide. From 1992 he started export firm by the name of PUSHPAK INTERNATIONAL. as a merchant exporter to East Africa, Europe, Singapore and Yemen. From 2010 he entered in Real Estate Business. He has experience in acquiring land and construction work as well. He is a good entrepreneur having vast experience in Business management and Finance sector.
